In fact, because drugs change the brain in ways that foster compulsive drug abuse, quitting is difficult, even for those who are ready to do so. ”
There needs to be a change in thought at a very conscious and deep sub-concious level if one truly wants to do something, or break unhealthy cycles.
Our society makes it difficult to quit smoking, because it is commonly recognized as more than a bad habit, it’s social behaviour.
