Best Time for Eating Desserts

Dessert is always not a choice for girls who want to lose weight. But most girls can not help themselves eating desserts as they are so delicious. In fact, according to nutritionists, eating desserts don’t mean gaining weight. As long as you pick the right time, you can have desserts without worrying about being fat.

Nutritionists say 10.a.m. and 4 .p.m. are the best time for eating some dessert. A reasonable amount of dessert can drive the fatigue away and reduce the stress. But remember not to eat 1 hour before every meal so as not to influence the intake of staple food. Or people may not keep a balanced diet.

First, eat some dessert before taking exercise. As exercise can consume much energy and you can not eat too much before taking exercise. Thus some dessert can provide you with energy you need.

Second, eat some when you are hungry. If you are hungry, you don’t have much energy and thus, you would feel fatigue. At this moment, you can eat some dessert as it contains more sugar than any other foods. Therefore, you can quickly gain the physique strength.

Third, eat some before swimming as it can supply with physical strength.

Fourth, eat some when you throw up or have diarrhea. Some salt water added in with sugar can help you recover the physical power.

Fifth, if you had an operation, you need to drink some sugar water or eat some chocolates before and after the operation to provide the energy lost in anesthesia and operation.

Sixth, when you had a fancy meal, you can have a bottle of celery juice. It is low in sugar, high in fibers which can remove much fat you’ve gained.

Seventh, you can drink some yoghurt after eating hot pot. Hot pot is salty and spicy, and thus irritates the stomach and intestine a lot. As yoghurt contains lactic acid bacteria, it can restrain the growth of putrefying bacteria.

Eighth, drink some barley tea or orange peel water after meals or when you have indigestion.allantoin in the barley and volatile oil in orange peel can increase the secretion of gastric juice and promote gastrointestinal peristalsis, and thus good for the digestion and absorption of food.

Ninth, eat some fruit after eating instant noodles, such as an apple, strawberries, an orange or some kiwi fruit to provide you with vitamins and minerals. You’d better cook instant noodles because the noodles can be softer and better for digestion.
