Common Entrance test
Common Entrance Test commonly known as CET is a competitive Entrance Exam which a student gave for admission into a professional college of his chosen field. It a misconception among the students that CET stands for Management entrance test of Maharashtra. But every state conducts its own CET for admission in colleges of that state. For instance Karnataka has its own CET exam where aspirants compete with each other to get admission into various management colleges.
The general eligibility criterion for CET exam is graduate student with a minimum of 50% marks. The candidate appearing for any CET must pass his graduation from a recognized university/board. For reserved category students the minimum percentage of marks is 45%. Generally there is no sectional cutoff in CET so the students have to first attempt those section in which he/she feel competent and feel confident. One of the most important factors before appearing for CET is get to know how to go for the test and what are the ways to crack the exam.
How to crack CET is a common question in the mind of every aspirant. Due to increase in the number of applicants every year and increase in career opportunities, competition for cracking CAT is increasing year by year. The exam is considered to be more tough and complex but successful candidates have proper strategy and planning for their preparation. Time management and hard work are the two most important factor for cracking any CET. Students must take counseling sessions from the experts about the CET exams they are appearing and asses. Time is limited in exam and number of question is more so the candidate must do that question first, in which they are sure of answering. Candidate should not waste their time in doing long calculations and stick to a particular question only. Students must be aware of those techniques of doing more correct question in less time, click right guesses and manage his/her exam time efficiently and effectively.
