FINNECT 2017 was organised by the London Marathi Sammelan (LMS), on behalf of 85th anniversary celebrations of Maharashtra Mandal London – a UK registered charity.
The summit will be attended by large number of entrepreneurs from Maharashtra whose businesses have a turnover from £10 million to £100 million per annum. They will be joined by interested businesses and industries from within the UK. We are confident that the summit will result into real business partnerships between the UK and India.
Maharashtra is the wealthiest state in India with a population of 112 million. The Maharashtrian diaspora within the UK and across the world, totaling to more than 70 million+, has grown exponentially within the last decade giving rise to the entrepreneurial spirit. Maharashtra is the second most populous state in India with a young workforce and great market for services and products, thus making it a lucrative destination for businesses based in the UK and elsewhere.
