The key to burning fat and getting a six pack is producing the metabolic response that is required to burn fat. The most efficient way to do that is to do an intense full body workout. Twenty minutes spent doing exercises like mountain climbers, clapping push ups, lunges, and squats (with very little rest time between) will help you to not only burn fat, but it will also build plenty of ab muscles to give you that six pack that you have been wanting.
