While most people are familiar with the term “glaucoma,” not many people know exactly what it is, so what is glaucoma? Glaucoma is a deteriorating vision problem which is caused by excess strain on the eyes. By doing this, you will undoubtedly wake up more refreshed, and releasing a lot of pressure which leads to blindness.
While having glaucoma is certainly a scary thing to think about, learning how to put the eyes at ease is the best natural way to cure this vision-threatening condition.
