In Today’s video I will be sharing with you my entire meal plan for the day. This meal plan will help you to include more vegetables in your diet. Its a great way to make your kids eat veggies and to include in their daily diet.So for breakfast I have prepared Moonglet or Moong Dal Chilla or Moong Dal Pizza. Very rich in protein + you can add as many vegetables , so full of vitamin and minerals. For Lunch I have prepared Saag – Perfect way to include all the green leafy vegetables in your diet. Dinner should be light and filling. So I have prepared Carrot Soup. This is the easiest way to prepare carrot soup.Hope you enjoy the video.
