My DIY Daily Teeth Whiten Oral Hygiene Routine Video I ByBare

This video is about teeth whitening and my own DIY daily teeth whitening at home routine. Using Arm & Hammer Baking Soda was taught in my home at an early age. I remember seeing all my adult relatives do it, my grandparents, and my parents who then taught me and my siblings.
I sprinkle the baking soda on top of my toothbrush with paste every morning and I floss my teeth and brush again at night. I have never had a cavity and my gums are healthy. I drink coffee and decaf tea daily and this method helps remove the stains.
