Welcome to Financial Buzz Market Weekly, reporting from the New York Stock Exchange, bringing you a review of this week’s stock market.

Once again, the Dow Industrials and the S&P 500 remained at or near all-time highs for most of the week, with a slew of market friendly news coming out. For September, the Federal Reserve reported industrial output rose .6%, its largest increase in 7 months. Pending home sales fell 5.6 percent to 101.6, the lowest level in 9 months, according to the National Association of Realtors. Retail sales as reported by the Commerce Department, fell .1%, however, automobile sales were weak and if you exclude them, retail sales actually rose .4%.

Of particular importance to the Federal Reserve was the Labor Department’s report showing the Producer Price Index dipped .1% last month, and the ADP employment report showing 130,000 private sector jobs were created in October, significantly below expectations of 150,000 jobs and the lowest increase since April.

With news of tame inflation and a mediocre job market, the Federal Reserve on Wednesday opted to leave in place its $85 billion bond purchasing program. Stocks declined modestly on the news, while bonds rallied and gold dropped slightly. However, analysts started quickly debating on when the program will be scaled back. Some analysts don’t see anything happening until well into 2014, while others see a December possibility.

Now let’s take a look at some stocks.

DreamWorks (NASDAQ: DWA)
LifeLock Inc. (NYSE: LOCK)
