Britain’s Prince William and his wife, Kate, laid flowers Tuesday at one of New York City’s most somber sites — the National September 11 Memorial and Museum. The flowers included a handwritten note reading, “in sorrowful memory for those who died on 11 September and in admiration of the courage shown to rebuild.” CBS2 Scott Rapoport reports.
