I don’t understand why I have so many dislikes in this video honestly.
Almost EVERY TIME I practice chi gung my bowels get ready, bile movement is stimulated and the parasympathetic system is activated causing increase in splanchnic blood flow to aid digestion – something like that. This exercise is important for anyone who is stressed out and skipping out on poops and becoming chronically constipated like so many Americans.
A simple shift into a parasympathetic state may help. If you tried it, please let me know if it worked. This isn’t BS. It’s ancient knowledge.
