Nausea is not an illness but a symptom for other health conditions or disorders. In order to cure nausea it is necessary to determine and to treat the cause, the root of the problem. Peppermint oil can be successfully used in treating this unpleasant symptom. Pour several drops of peppermint oil in 600 ml of water and boil it. Put this water in your room.
Lemon peel is another efficient remedy for nausea. Cut a slice of lemon peel (just the yellow part, not the juice or the white part) and boil it in a cup of water about 2 minutes. Let the liquid to cool, add some sugar or honey and then sip it. You can also drink it with the spoon.
