Best Foods That Prevent Wrinkles

Lately I’ve been trying to eat healthy so I’m not only helping my body and my brain, but my looks as well. I’ve learned to only eat the best foods that prevent wrinkles. I try to avoid chemicals at all costs. I figure if I eat healthy and manage to put chemical free products on my skin I should be ahead of the game. So I stick to lots of vegetables, nuts, avocados, berries and other fruits when they are in season, plus good fish oils, too.

Now luckily I’ve found a skin care company that uses only natural, chemical free ingredients. It feels comforting to know I’m no longer using anything harsh and harmful. After all, it’s a known fact that whatever gets rubbed into our skin manages to work it’s way into our bodies. So I’m actually ingesting, both orally and topically, only the best foods that prevent wrinkles,

The wonderful ingredients I am now feeding my skin through the cream I use are:

Active manuka honey from New Zealand. It’s loaded with antioxidants. But this Manuka honey is special. Different from other manuka honey because it grows on a unique manuka bush which grows wild in New Zealand. The longer you use it the more your skin will tighten up. It works like magic.

Avocado oil. Whenever I eat avocados I see my skin get visibly softer. I’ve even gone so far as to put the avocado rind on my face when I’m done eating the inside, for a mini facial. So imagine how excited I am to find avocado oil is included in my new skin cream as well. Instead of the chemicals found in many other cosmetics, I’m getting vitamins A, D and E, lecithin, beta-carotene and potassium, the best foods that prevent wrinkles. And for an added bonus, avocado oil fades away age spots too!

Shea Butter. Shea butter (which comes from the seed of the shea tree) is also full of important vitamins. It is a fabulous moisturizer for hair and skin. Shea butter works just like human sebaceous glands so there’s no way it can harm you. Be assured that the richness and goodness of shea butter makes it one of the best foods that prevent wrinkles.

Babassu Oil. It comes from the Babassu palm and creates a shield between your skin and the elements. It keeps moisture in and dirt out. Once you have a way of keeping your skin plump with moisture there’s no way it’s going to crease. And if you already have some creases or sags they’ll plump right up.

All these ingredients combined into one nourishing cream will do wonders for your skin. Once you start using it you’ll wonder why the whole world doesn’t know about it. It should be posted on billboards everywhere. Everyone has the right to know you don’t have to look old, no matter what age you are.

And as long as you’re ingesting as few chemicals as possible, you’ll avoid those frightening, life threatening illness that come from food. Remember, you are what you eat. If you concentrate on ingesting only the best foods that prevent wrinkles, both orally and topically, you’ll remain healthy and youthful.
