Women who ate at least two servings of low-fat dairy on a weekly basis had an 85 percent higher chance of having ovulation issues.

Women who ate at least one serving or more of high-fat dairy products on a daily basis were 27 percent less likely to have ovulation problems, when compared to those who ate less than a serving per day. Researchers linked the ovulatory issues of 438 healthy women included in the study to a low-fat dairy diet. Medical experts recommend that high-fat dairy foods only be incorporated into a stable diet that includes a few high-saturated foods. High-fat dairy seems to reduce fertility problems in women who consume these foods regularly.

Carbs and fertility

Carbohydrates affect both the blood-sugar and insulin levels in the body.
