I figured it’s been a while since I’ve given a weight loss update so here ya go! I don’t know if anyone is interested in a more thorough breakdown of how I did it, but if you are let me know in the comment section. I’m no expert, all I know is what worked for me… but I did manage to lose 100 pounds. So there’s that lol.
