Antoinette of Texas, USA-I’ve tried both the vanilla and chocolate flavors of this. I liked it better than Myoplex Lite which had a flavor to it that I just couldn’t take for a long period of time and was just too darn thick. I’ve stuck with the Lean Body For Her. It mixes well in a shaker or blender and tastes okay mixed with water but better with skim. Down side is there’s only 2 flavors. Also, tastes better than the regular Lean Body mixes that are NOT ‘For Her’. Rating 4/5
