So, today, we cover 2 common issues, black neck & dark underarms
Updating my previous video we’ll make an amazing scrub and a whitening cream
If you follow regularly these simple steps, you can get start flawless skin from the first week
Oatmeal
Also called wheat porridge,
It’s a wonderful skin exfoliator, heals the skin and has anti-inflammatory properties.
Almost suitable for every skin type, even suitable for more sensitive skin
Grind the wheat porridge as powder and take 1 tbs
Put 1 tbs yogurt
1 tbs almond oil if you don’t have, you can use coconut oil instead
Now, mix it well
Yogurt has lactic acid helps to remove dead skin
It has a lot of skin-friendly nutrients, make the skin healthy, rejuvenate and flawless.
Almost effective for all skin types
Also has zinc, calcium, and vitamin
Almond oil has vitamin E, fatty acid, protein, potassium, and zinc.
This scrub is very useful for Winter season,
Also very useful for dry, itchy and eczema affected skin, and can apply on any dark body part
Firstly clean that body part well with wet cotton or tissue where you want to apply this scrub.
Massage this scrub gently 4 to 5 minutes, and wash with lukewarm water
This scrub acts as a dear skin remover and lighten your that body part where you are applying
To get better results, you have to use this cream after the scrub
Cream also has good result for dark spots
It can be used as a skin whitening cream in winter
Take 1 tbs aloe vera gel
1 tbs Vitamin E cream, if you don’t have you can also use 2 Vitamin E cap.
